Example

A class of 60 units was on rent for 1,020 of 1,680 available days in the month: 61 percent. One operator returned 14 units three weeks ago and nobody has called.

Where it goes wrong

One figure for the whole fleet. It blends a class that is sold out with one that has been idle for a quarter.
