Utilisation = seats attended ÷ seats sold, per fixture

Needs scanned attendance. Boxes without scanning cannot show it; count them.

Why it predicts renewal

An account that does not use what it bought does not renew it. Utilisation per account, ranked before the renewal window, is the account manager's list.

How it is computed

Seats or places attended divided by seats or places sold, per fixture or event and per account, from scans or check-in.

Example

A box for twelve was used by an average of five guests across the season. The account will renew smaller or not at all.

Where it goes wrong

Sold treated as the end of the matter. An empty box is a renewal problem visible months ahead.
