Paid cloud plans as shown on Zoho's UK pricing page on 24 September 2026, billed annually and excluding VAT: Basic £19 a month (2 users, 0.5 million rows), Standard £39 (5 users, 1 million rows), Premium £92 (15 users, 5 million rows) and Enterprise £369 (50 users, 50 million rows). Prices are shown in local currency by region, annual billing saves 20% compared with monthly, and extra users, viewers and rows are paid add-ons. A 15-day free trial is offered, and on-premise editions are priced separately.
