Per person and required module from the role matrix: complete and in date, overdue, or not yet due. Completion per business unit and module excludes not yet due. The matrix is versioned, because a module added to a role makes everyone in it overdue on the day, and that is a requirement change, not a compliance fall.
Completed once is not compliant forever. Refresh cycles set the expiry.
Within the onboarding window is not yet due. The list stops them becoming overdue.
For each person and each module their role requires: complete and in date, overdue, or not yet due. Completion is required modules in date divided by required modules.
A unit of 80 people requires 410 module completions. 352 are in date: 86 percent. Of the 58 overdue, 40 belong to eleven people in one team.
